Known for their seafood specials, the staff managed to create a vegetable line for me without warning. I was impressed by their flexibility and the quality of the dishes offered and tasted. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere elegant and minimal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and unique dining experience.

Cited in the news of the Michelin guide, the Cut proved to live up to expectations. We had dinner as a couple asking for a fish tasting tour entrusting ourselves to the chef. The prawn and avocado tacos were nice, the octopus was good, the fish ravioli and the trenette with oyster and clam sauce were delicious. The crunchiness and tenderness of the sea bass is top. Normally sweet. Very good quality/price. Intimate and elegant venue, young and friendly maître.
